Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! The double room I booked was comfy. Every member of staff was very nice and amicable. The vibe here was quiet. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was available in public areas. Location: the hotel was really close to a good restaurant that was open, and the old town. Cafe Mesigual was located 5 minutes walk away.

We got a room with a bidet. The location was convenient, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Santuari Del Miracle. And it was also so close to restaurants, the old town and garden.

lovely outdoor garden seating, efficient check-in process, well-maintained retro decor
Restaurant closure on Mondays leaves guests scrambling for meals!!! The confusion over pool towel deposits is quite frustrating for newcomers!!! Inconsistent condition of bathrooms could use attention for guest comfort!!!

The building and rooms are correct, though a bit old. The glorious years of the hotel are long gone... But it is more than ok for th price. The rooms are clean and the hotel offers good service for the price. Helpful personnel. Restaurant is good and everyone was very nice and helpful during our stay.

Very helpful staff. Room and bathroom has a ok size. Good and quiet location- walking distance to the city and supermarket.
Could use a more attractive decoration – kind of old

We were on a cyclling trip and we stayed there because of its position between Andorra and Barcelona. The staff made us very welcome and there was no problem storing our bikes. The restaurent was closed as it was Monday evening, but they recommended an alternative a short distance away. The breakfast next day was excellent.

It was a little bit cold in there. I expected from a 3 star hotel to have some more heating and even ability to regulate it

great service but limited dining options
The staff were really good, always ready to assist with a smile. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel, especially in our Twin Room. The location offered amazing mountain views. The warm pool provided a great way to relax after a day of local exploration.
The restaurant's limited hours didn't accommodate our needs on Monday.

Chur, the staff were really friendly and helpful, but bummer the restaurant was shut on Mondays-left us in a bit of a pickle for dinner.

The family room provided ample space and was impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Staff members were attentive and made excellent recommendations for nearby dining. The outdoor areas offered a lovely ambiance. Arriving on a Monday meant we encountered restaurant closures, which limited food options, and the breakfast choices were somewhat limited as well. Parking was easy, but better communication regarding restaurant availability could enhance the experience.
